PILATES MAT

Strengthen your core, legs, and back with precise movements that will give you a lean muscle tone. Low impact, all levels.

BURN & TONE
(45 min) Living up to its name, burn, tone & transform your body with this high intensity interval workout. Break up your fitness routine with this ever-changing & ever-challenging class. Open to all levels, modifications shown.

INSANITY

(30 min) Max interval training that keeps your heart rate high & will push you to the results you want! Adding muscle mass or losing weight, this is the workout for you! 

​​SHAG/BALLROOM DANCING

(60 min) A great way for you to learn basic patterns and meet other dancers. This class is for all levels. Classes are taught throughout the year in a 5-6 week bulk session.

ZUMBA​

(60 min) Latin - inspired dance fitness class that is fun, energetic, & will make you feel amazing! An epic mix of low & high intensity moves designed to take your workout to the next level, & having fun while you're at it! Open to all levels.
